Stopping support for our HTML based widget
July 1st, 2009

We will be removing our support for our html based widget that allows you to add the steamprofile badge to your site.

This will no longer be an option to our users this coming Friday July 3rd 2009. Due to this change, we will focus all of our energy in to making the image based widget a lot more useful in the future.

    Let me explain a little further. If you already have the widget setup and working, it till continue to work. We felt it as unfair to remove a feature that was already in place.

    What we are doing is prevent access to the html widget to new comers. Everyone who has it setup already should not be affected.
